What fayvi gets from Instagram

If you connect Instagram to a page, fayvi keeps an access token and your account's username and ids, copies your recent posts (image, caption, link) onto that page, and keeps a daily snapshot of your account's statistics for your media kit (followers, reach, views, interactions, top posts and your followers' countries, ages and genders as percentages).

How to delete it

• In fayvi: open your page's Instagram tab and disconnect: the token and the statistics are deleted. You can choose to remove the copied posts too.
• From Instagram: in your Instagram settings, under apps and websites, remove fayvi and ask for your data to be deleted. Meta sends us the request, we delete everything right away, and you get a confirmation code that links back to this page.
• Everything at once: delete your account from Account → Delete account.
