- Invoices, payment method, changing plans, cancelling or withdrawing: on your account page.
- A charge you don't recognize: our payments go through Stripe's Link and start with “LINK.COM*” on your statement, like those of many other shops. Your order history on link.com shows which shop a charge comes from, and Link can help with payment and refund questions. For a fayvi charge, you can also write to us with its date and amount.
- Your data: download it or delete your account from Account; the Privacy Policy explains the rest.
- A page that breaks the rules or the law: use the report form.
Common questions
What is this, exactly?
A link-in-bio page builder: one short link that holds your links, media, forms and product cards, organized into tabs and folders.
How fast can I set it up?
A couple of minutes. Pick a username and a theme, or paste the address of your current link-in-bio page or website and we'll import your links, socials, photo and bio.
Is there a free plan?
No, but every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, one per account, with the features of the plan you choose. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Pro and Studio include 100 AI credits during the trial; their monthly credits start with the first payment.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $9 a month, Pro $17 and Studio $35, tax included. Paid yearly, that's $7, $14 or $30 a month.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Studio. Add a CNAME and a TXT record and your page is served from your domain.
Can I manage several brands?
Yes. Pro includes 3 profiles and Studio 10, each with its own domain. You can duplicate them, and on Studio share edit access to a profile with a client or teammate.
Do I get analytics?
Yes: views, clicks per link, click-through rate, traffic sources, countries and devices. Starter keeps 12 months of history; Pro and Studio keep all of it and export daily views, clicks and submissions as CSV.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your account page. Moving up a plan, or from monthly to yearly, starts right away and is charged at once, with credit for the unused part of the period you already paid. Moving down starts when that period ends. During the free trial, a change starts right away and costs nothing until the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page in a few clicks. Cancel during the free trial and nothing is charged. Once you've paid, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of subscribing you can also withdraw: it costs nothing during the trial, and after a payment you're refunded for the unused days. If your subscription ends, your pages go offline but nothing is deleted.
